We are not accepting group play for the 2021 season

We make group bookings easy once we can safely invite larger groups out to play.

Corporate outings, sports teams, wedding parties, memorials, reunions, golf vacations and more. Northlands can accommodate parties of up to 60 players.

Group Booking Rates

  • Peak Season (May 1st – Oct 12th): As low as $70 per person
  • Shoulder Season: Call for great pricing on groups

Above Group booking rates include: Green Fee, Shared Power Cart & all taxes.

We do not offer shotgun starts. All players will tee off the 1st hole in foursomes at 9 minute intervals.

Rental Clubs:

Please note that there are a limited number of sets available. Northlands cannot guarantee availability of sets during peak season. It is advisable to ensure each player has their own set of clubs.

Our objective is to ensure that you and your guests enjoy your experience at Northlands Golf Course. As with any function a number of policies and conditions are necessary in order to protect the interest of both parties.

We ask that you carefully review the policies and conditions outlined below prior to signing the Group Booking Contract, and ensure all participants are aware of these conditions. Should you have any questions or concerns in regards to the policies or conditions we will be happy to discuss them with you.


A non-refundable deposit of $250 along with a completed booking form is required to confirm your booking.


Monday to Friday: groups up to 48 players may book any tee time that is available.

Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: groups up to 48 players may book 12 Noon or later.

**Groups larger than 48 players need the approval from the Manager of Golf Facilities.


Confirmed number of players and full payment of the balance owing must be received no later than 7 days prior to your event.

If the full payment is not received by 7 days prior, the function will be cancelled, deposit forfeited and tee times will be released to the public.

**Once guaranteed numbers are received and full payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued.
**In the event of unpaid green fee space within a group, Northlands reserves the right to fill these spaces with stand-by players or adjust your foursomes.


The event organizer and/ or organization they represent shall be held liable for any damages not associated with normal wear and tear that may arise as a result of the actions of the event guests. Replacement value will be used as a guide to the amount payable for damages, as well as any lost revenue resulting from the damage.

Northlands Golf Course (District of North Vancouver) shall not be responsible for personal property or equipment brought to the site of the event except when management of Northlands Golf Course accepts responsibility for the storage and security of items delivered to the site.

Management must be contacted prior to the set-up of displays or signage to ensure that no damage arises as a result of the set-up.

Northlands Golf Course (District of North Vancouver) is a municipally owned, public facility and its use of the facility should reflect this.

Users of the facility shall comply with all applicable municipal by-laws and Federal and Provincial legislation, including the British Columbia Human Rights Code which prohibits discriminatory conduct including conduct that exposes any person(s) or group(s) to hatred or contempt.


In accordance with Health and Liquor Board Regulations of British Columbia, all food and beverage shall be purchased from Northlands Restaurant and Lounge.

Staff are licensed under the Province of British Columbia’s Serving it Right program. Staff members shall reserve the right to refuse service to any individual(s) who, in the opinion of the staff have been served a sufficient number of drinks or has consumed alcohol offpremise or not sold to the individual by the operator.

No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises.

Northlands Golf Course reserves the right and will remove any person(s) from the course who are in breach of this regulation without a refund.

No coolers and/or thermal bags are permitted on the course.


Group bookings shall be played as scheduled rain or shine unless the Superintendent of Turf Care determines that the Golf Course is unplayable. In the event the golf course is deemed unplayable, we will work with you to find an alternative date, issue rain checks, or in extraordinary circumstances issue a full refund.


Each power cart must have a rental waiver signed for with a valid credit card. If one cannot be provided, the organizer will assume all responsibility to cover any damages.


All golfers must adhere to Northlands Pace of Play Policy. Groups unable to keep on pace will be asked to play faster, be moved into the appropriate position on the course or may be ask to leave the course if unwilling or unable to keep with the prescribed pace of play.


Proper golf apparel and footwear must be worn at all times. No sandals, swimsuits, muscle shirts or short shorts are permitted.


*Instructions from the Course Marshal must be strictly adhered to.
*Northlands staff and management has the authority to remove players who do not comply with pace of play rules or make any breach of the Rules and Conditions.
*All golfers will be expected to keep up to the Pace of Play as prescribed by the golf course.
*Each player must play from their own set of clubs.
*Bag, carts and power carts must be kept well clear of all tees and greens.
*Maximum of two players per power cart.
*All players must play in “foursomes” unless otherwise instructed by the Golf Shop.
*The group organizer is responsible for the conduct of all participants and it is the group organizers responsibility to inform the players of the rules, and ensure that these are followed at all times.


Reservations are recommended for the Restaurant and Lounge if no pre-planned food and beverage arrangements are made in advance. If you require advance menu planning or would like to make reservations in the Restaurant and Lounge, please let us know.
